Happy last day of January 2013! :D. Wow. The first month of the new year has already passed by. :o. Time is somewhat passing by quickly. :o. (It depends on your perspective, that is. :p.). This month has been a pretty busy month for me. o_o. Unfortunately  due to mountainloads of tests/ quizzes/ projects/ homework assignments/ etc, (I hope you guys and qurls had less work than I had. :p.). I wasn't able to blog on certain days. I deeply apologize for that. The weather has been pretty strange. One week, it's super cold. One week, it's like summer weather. o_o. Not many things happened this month, so this will be a short post. Anyways, happy January 31st.~
Enjoy the last day of January and let's all have a nice February! :D.

(You know the drill. :p. Warning: Spoiler alert! Read read are your own risk.
Overall, this chapter was a pretty interesting chapter. :o. It stared off with Orochimaru getting a special mask. And then it was revealed that they were in Konoha. They went into the Uchiha underground shrine. Orochimaru summoned the Shinigami and used its sword to cut its belly open. The soul of his arms came back to him. And four other souls came out. Juugo transferred the power of his cursed seal into Sasuke and 6 Zetsus peeled off of him. Four of them were used as sacrifices for Edo Tensei. Orochimaru cast the jutsu and apparently took one of the remaining two Zetsus body? o_o. (Wasn't quite sure what happened.). Afterwards, all of the previous Hokages were summoned. (Dun. Dun. Dun. Or not. o_o.).
This chapter made me conjure up a lot of questions. o_o. Would the Hokages even agree to tell them about Konoha's history? Why does Orochimaru know so much? o_o. How did he get his hands on that scroll anyways? I wonder what Sasuke's going to do after he hears the stories. Feel free to tell me your theories by commenting on the Comments section below! :D.

You know something that I dislike? Glue sticks. I really dislike using glue sticks because they never work! Like ever. e_e. The only good thing about them is that they're portable. But that's about it. o_o. Now that I think about it. Even if it's portable, what's the use of carrying something around that doesn't work? o_o. I really dislike it when you're forced to use it in class because the teachers won't provide glue from glue bottles.
Glue sticks are just difficult to use. And they're inefficient, as well. When I use glue sticks, the thing that I'm trying to stick never stays. e_e. Usually, when it's paper, it curls a bit after using the glue stick on it. o_o. And like using glue sticks and cause messes. Sometimes, when I'm trying to glue down corners and edges of papers, the glue stick touches the table or something and creates a mess. Bleh. I just really don't like glue sticks.
Feel free to comment in the Comments section below to tell me your thoughts on glue sticks! :D.
Note: I don't think I"ll be blogging very often this week. I blame all the tests, quizzes, and assignments that I have to do/ study for. Bleh.

Sometimes, I don't understand why teachers choose certain fonts.  I understand that they want legible, easy to read, and simple fonts. But I can't comprehend why they would only accept certain fonts. I can understand why they wouldn't want some super strange cursive-scribble-like font. But I can't understand why they won't allow legible fonts, other than Arial and Times New Roman, to be used on papers. (At least, for my teachers.). Personally, I don't really like the fonts, Arial and Times New Roman. I just think that they look hideous. o_o.
One of my favorite fonts is Calibri (Body). And I like using it when it's size 11. When I'm not typing up a paper that I have to turn in to a teacher, I use that font. To me, it looks nice. It's a simple font and it's really easy to read. I think teachers should allow Calibri (Body) to be used on essays and whatnot. :o. Let's a start a movement to get teachers to allow more fonts to be used! :D. (Or not. ._.). But in all seriousness, it would be nice if teachers allowed more fonts to be used on papers that are supposed to be turned in. However, sometimes, the same fonts look different on different word processing programs and computers. o_o. I find that strange. ._. Universal look, ftw? :x.
Note: I'm just talking about teachers in general. There are some teachers that allow a variety of fonts to be used. Lool.
Calibri (Body). Size 11.

Times New Roman. Size 12.

So, you be the judge. Tell me which one looks better to you. (Your opinion matters! :D.). Feel free to share your significant opinion by commenting in the Comments section below!

Today was a rainy day. :o. (At least, in my area.). Sometimes, I love the rain. Other times, I despise it. :x. It truly depends on where I am at the time that it's raining. (And how my mood is. o_o.). When I am at home and I don't have to go anywhere, I kind  of like the rain. :o. Sometimes, I like staring out the window and watch the raindrops fall. :p. Other times, I like watching the raindrops on my windows race down. :p. When it's raining, the weather is chill and I like it. The clouds are awesome too. c:. So, the rain is nice when I'm at home.
However, when I'm at school or I have to go to a lot of places, I really don't like the rain. o_o. One thing that really irritates me about the rain is: big puddles. Like when I'm at school and it's raining, I try my best to avoid puddles. However, no matter how hard I try, I always end up stepping in one. e_e. And it's annoying to have my shoes and socks all wet. It really sucks how I have to endure the wet socks and shoes for the entire school day. e_e. They just feel really uncomfortable. And I don't like it when my things get wet. When I'm walking, the books I hold in my arms and my backpack usually get soaked. (Even if I use my umbrella. Since, the wind blows the rain into my face and all. o_o.). And it ruins some of my papers/ materials. e_e. And I don't like it when I get soaked in the rain. Bleh.
Feel free to tell me your opinion about rainy days by commenting in the Comments section below! :D. Until next time.~

You know. For the majority of the tests that I've been taking, I always had a strange feeling before taking them. Like, I've always felt unprepared. It's a strange feeling. Like a feeling of uncertainty. (It's kind of hard to explain.). No matter how much I study, I always feel unprepared. Have you ever felt this feeling before? o_o. It's kind of irritating to have because it always causes me to feel like I haven't studied. ._. And when I do take the test, I just have a neutral feeling, for the most part. (Until I get to a problem that I get stuck on or something. Lol.). Sometimes, I feel like my knowledge just disappears or something during a test and comes back after I finish it. e_e.
Do you have any tips for studying? Feel free to share your tips by commenting in the Comments section below! Thoughtful comments are much appreciated! :D.
Note: Wheeeee. I'm getting more comments on my posts. c:. That makes me happy. :). Yayy. So here: A flashing rainbow smiley face. Thanks for commenting, everyone! :D.
Also, have a cookie. =].

For the most part, choosing group members is a very troublesome task. To me, at least. Especially when you don't particularly want to work with the majority of the class. o_o. Group work can be a very fun thing or a very troublesome task. (Lol. I think I'll be using the word "troublesome" very often in this post. o_o. Too lazy to find synonyms for it. :p. It's too troublesome. Haha.). I think it really comes down to who you're working with. Sometimes, it's better not to work with your close friends. Because sometimes, your friends aren't the best at getting work done. And an argument can compromise your relationship with him/ her. So basically, having the right group members is very important
Like, I usually have trouble with choosing group members. Sometimes, I get stuck with people who I don't want to work with. But sometimes, things turn out well. It's a real pain, since getting accepted into groups deals with popularity and whatnot, which are things that are big pains. And like sometimes, the people I want to work with, are already in a group with other people. And like I have to end up getting random people in my group.
Sometimes, not being given a choice is better. It makes things less complicated.
Do you have problems with choosing group members? Feel free to tell me your thoughts by commenting in the Comments section below! :D.
(You thought the post was going to end, eh? Well, the post is still going on and going strong! >:D.).
Word of the Day: Nail. o_o.
Why? Because I saw nails today. o_o. Lool.

Happy Martin Luther King Junior Day of 2013. :D. Or happy MLKJ Day. Loool. :p. Whatever floats your boat. (Lolboats.). Today is not Martin Luther King Junior's birthday. Just saying. His birthday was on the 15th. (He was born on January 15th, 1929. Yay for random facts. :D.). Which leads me to another point. Why don't we celebrate his birthday on the actual day then? o_o. (Or why not give us 2 days off. :D. Loool. That'd be awesome. :p.).
Personally, I really admire Dr. Martin Luther King Junior. To me and many others, he was a true hero. He believed in nonviolence and stuck with it. He said what he meant and meant what he said. (Unlike many people we know today.). He used nonviolent protests to get his message across the nation and his message was eventually heard. He fought for an important cause that we must never forget.
Also, take a few moments to think about what he has done for all of us. If not for him, many of us would still be discriminated today. Let's all take a moment of our day to honor and appreciate what he has done for everyone.
His "I have a Dream" speech is one of my favorite speeches. I really like the last few parts of it. Here's an except:
"I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification; one day right there in Alabama, little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with a new meaning, "My country, 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring."

And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania!

Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado!

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California!

But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia!

Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee!

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"
His words were so powerful. (I'm quite jealous of his awesome talent of delivering breathtaking speeches. Lool. I want that ability. :c.).
I really like some of his quotes as well. Here are a few that I like:
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." ~ Martin Luther King Junior.
" The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." ~ Martin Luther King Junior.
"I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear." ~ Martin Luther King Junior.
"Faith is taking the first step, even when you don't see the whole staircase." ~ Martin Luther King Junior.

Omgeee. This weekend is a 3 day weekend. *fanqurl scream.*. :D. Happy 3 Day Weekend. :D. (For those of you who have one anyways. :p.). For the most part, 3 day weekends are awesome! The lengths of 3 day weekends are never too long and are just right, for the most part. Like, you won't go, "I miss my friends." during the break. Since, it's only 3 days. I don't know what makes the extra day so special, but it is. Like, it makes everything so much better. It's just magical. (It's hard to explain.). For example: There's no school tomorrow because it's a 3 day weekend. And like normally, I would have to wake up early for school tomorrow. But not having to do that tomorrow makes me feel much better. (Gah. This is so hard to explain. o_o.). The extra day just completes the weekend. (Does that even make sense? o_o.).
And it's really awesome to start school on a Tuesday. School weeks that start on Tuesdays don't feel as long. And they seem to pass by faster. o_o. Because of that reason, I would rather have Monday off than Friday off for a 3 day weekend. :p. Which day would you prefer to have off? :o.
Feel free to tell me your opinions of 3 day weekends by commenting in the Comments section below!
P.S. Happy early Martin Luther King Junior's Day! :D.

You know what I dislike? Those advertisements that you have to watch before watching a YouTube video. Looool. You know what I like? Challenges from teachers. Yeah. You heard me. Challenges from teachers. (Not like a Yu-Gi-Oh duel. Although, I'm imagining my teacher going like, "I CHALLENGE YOU TO A D-D-D-D-D-D-DUELLL!" LOL. Yay for imagination? :p. Sorry. Went on a tangent. :p.).
(Anyone else here miss classic Yu-Gi-Oh? :o. Nostalgia rush.~).
Sometimes, I would get certain challenges from one of my teachers. And for the most part, they're entertaining. :p. They add new excitement to the class. And it's amusing to do them. Sometimes, my teacher adds a reward for finishing a challenge. However, I would do them regardless of whether there are rewards at stake or not. :p. I just think that they're fun to do. :p. And whenever I accept a challenge, I'm all like:

(↑ Picture totally related to the post. Loooljkays. It's semi-related to the post. :p. More related to this random thought, however. Lool.
Random thought: There should be a college named "Hogwarts" and have the mascot be a wizard. So, a person who goes to that college can honestly say: "I'm going to Hogwarts to become a Wizard!" Loool. :p. Although, I think there are some schools that have their mascot as a wizard. o_o. I think. Lool.).
