This post is dedicated to the people in my life who have adversely altered themselves throughout the years. This post was inspired by a few of my recent life events and a post from Berry Sweet. I'll open with a quote from Berry Sweet. :). (Side note: I've been very hesitant to work on and release this post because thinking about the topic brings bad memories and makes me feel a bit sad. In fact, I was so hesitant to post this that I held it off for 3 months, but I've decided that now is the time to post it.)

Through the times, the people you're familiar with often times change. Sometimes, the changes are good. However, other times, the changes aren't so great. One second, you think like you know a person-everything about him/ her. The next second, (s)he's just a stranger to you...
What may bring froth these calamitous changes within a person? Many events may cause these. Popularity, being one of them. I don't know why a person would make bad changes, but it happens. (And more often than I'd like.) It's rather unfortunate. A person may become more cold over time, use more profanity, or make more and more bad decisions... Deep bonds may turn into fragile bonds that sever easily.
It always pains me deeply when I think about all the good times I had with a person before (s)he adversely altered. I always wish that things can go back to the way they used to be. Sometimes, my desire to relive the past is just so great... It's so painful.
